It takes about 3-5 days to reload via Alashankou and Khorgos. The fastest handling at Erenhot is about 7 days and that at Manzhouli is about 8 days. In terms of overall T/T, the average one from domestic terminals to Mala is about 14 days, and to Duisburg, Hamburg, and Lodz is about 17-21 days; The average transit time to Minsk is about 22 days, and to Moscow is about 17-25 days.

It is learned that there are still a few containers planned to be shipped before the National Day had stranded at the in Erenhot due to inspection, customs clearance, and other issues, and are still waiting for further handling. In addition, some new containers of  overseas agents will undergo customs clearance in Zabaikalsk , which may cause some delays at delivery.

The supply of spaces and freight rates for each route are as follows:

European route:

Most platforms have released their schedules and prices in November, with sufficient reserves and no pressure in supply. The spaces at Chengdu, Chongqing, and Zhengzhou will maintain their original prices. Those in Jinan, Jinhua and Changsha are popular, with an increase in price of $100 to $250. It is worth noting that both Xi'an Inland Port and Free Trade Port have lowered their booking prices at the same time, with a $300 reduction in regular service. The price for Express train in Xian has been cut by $250.

Various platforms have successively announced the prices for the return journey of the European routew in November, and the booking prices for trains with destinations in Changsha, Chengdu, and Chongqing are almost the same as in October. The booking price for return trains in Zhengzhou, Jinan, and Xi'an has dropped by around $200.

Russian route:

This week, spaces at Chengdu continued to experience a heat, and most of them were basically sold out in early November, where the spot freight rate was $200 higher than the booking price. The supply and demand of other sites are relatively stable, and prices fluctuate slightly. The spot freight rate from the South China to Moscow remains around $5200, and that in Jinan and Shenyang are expected to rise because of growth in volumes ; those in Zhengzhou, Wuhan, and Changsha have remained stable, with an increase of $50 for SOC at Chongqing.

Central Asia route: 

The overall demand in the Central Asian market is flat, and prices did see any fluctuation in general. Most platforms have sufficient capacity, and a large number of spaces are vacant for freight from Xi'an to Tashkent and Almaty in early November.
