FESCO has launched a new rail container service branded FESCO Chelyabinsk Shuttle from Vladivostok to Chelyabinsk in Siberia, the Group said in a statement.
The first railcars shipped in the framework of the service arrived from Commercial Port of Vladivostok to the Yuzhnouralsky transport and logistics center on June 5. The transit time made 15 days. The planned service frequency is once every 10 days.
FESCO Chelyabinsk Shuttle is designed to transport imported goods including household appliances from East and Southeast Asia to the South Urals.
The service offers door to door delivery and freight forwarding options.
