European route:
In terms of west bound, the overall supply and demand of spaces in July was stable, and the ordering prices at platforms were slightly adjusted. Wuhan and Chongqing lower their prices by approximately $100 to $400; Xi'an Free Trade Port is expected to lift up there price by about $50-$100. The express trains from Xi'an to Duisburg, Hamburg and Budapest enjoy stable schedules, stable prices, and are in great demand.
As to the east-bound service - Due to the cut of plans, the supply of spaces is currently tight, and the overall price has grew up, which is now approaching saturation; The booking prices at platforms such as Chongqing, Xi'an, and Wuhan have climbed to varying degrees, with a maximum increase of 20%; spaces at Yiwu have already sold out in July, and the schedules are only open for August.
Russian route: The overall supply of spaces is sufficient. Specifically, according to industry insiders, the market has retained its order gradually, and the price war caused by fierce competition in the previous time has gradually returned to normal. The booking prices of most platforms have returned to over $4000, and the spot freight rates have also remained basically within the range of $6000- $6500. However, with the increase in rental box prices on the Russian line, the spot freight rates may still rise by 3% -5% as expected.
Central Asia route: After a period of tightening, the positions have been relatively sufficient in the near future, but overall freight rates are showing an upward trend. There was no fluctuation in the prices of positions in Chongqing and Hefei in July, and the schedule and prices in Chengdu have not been announced yet. The price of positions on platforms such as Jinhua, Yiwu, and Zhengzhou has increased by 5000 to 6000 yuan, while the overall price increase for public trains in Xi'an is about 5000 yuan.
